Photography

Photography at McCune Mansion

The McCune Mansion interior is available as the backdrop for photography. The space is available by appointment as to not interfere with scheduled events; please contact us to schedule your photo shoot.

  • Two-hour minimum.
  • Bridal and groom photography, family portraits, portfolio/headshots, and more.
  • Styled shoots may be subject to additional fees.
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Fee does not include photography or clean-up.
  • Film and movie shoots not included; please see Custom Events for more information.

Rentals Rates

McCune Mansion Rental Rates

The rental fee reserves the McCune Mansion for exclusive and private use and allows the estate to host only one event per day. The pricing is based upon many variables and the information provided below is for estimation purposes only; a more in-depth conversation will allow us to create a more complete quote for your event.

Please note all food, beverage, and linen must be contracted by the McCune Mansion and are not included in the Mansion Rental. The maximum guest count in the winter season = 300 guests and the maximum guest count in the summer season = 500 guests.

Entire Mansion

Includes the use of our tables, chairs, and valet parking for up to 200 guests

Mid-Week Monday–Thursday, under 100 guests after 5:00 PM

First Floor and Garden… Includes the use of our tables and chairs
Third Floor… Includes the use of our tables and chairs

Meetings and Retreats

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Includes the use of our tables and chairs, max. – 40 guests per room
Breakout rooms may be rented for an additional $100.00 per room

Weekday Luncheon/Brunch, out by 5:00 PM

Includes the use of our tables and chairs, max. – 50 guests per room

Photo Shoots

With a 2-hour minimum, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (out by 5:00 PM)
